These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which Accounting & Administrative Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the company”) provides bookkeeping, administrative, and business support services. By working with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We provide bookkeeping, financial tracking, administrative support, workflow organization, and related business services.


The exact scope of your services will be agreed upon before work begins and may be customized based on your business needs. Any tasks outside the agreed-upon scope may require an updated service agreement or additional fees.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure accurate and timely service, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information

  • Respond to communication within a reasonable time

  • Supply all documents required for bookkeeping or administrative tasks

  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect service delivery

We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from missing, incomplete, or outdated information.

3. PAYMENT & BILLING

Service fees will be communicated before work begins. Payments may be structured hourly, monthly, or project-based depending on your service package.

Invoices are due by the date listed. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused or discontinued services until payment is received. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by law.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information—including financial records, documents, business data, communication, and platform access—is kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose your information to third parties except:

  • When necessary to deliver services (e.g., bookkeeping software, payment processors, cloud tools)

  • At your request (e.g., sharing information with your CPA or tax preparer)

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we strive for accuracy, organization, and professionalism, Accounting & Administrative Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Financial losses or business decisions made using bookkeeping or administrative data

  • Errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information supplied by the client

  • Platform failures or technical issues related to QuickBooks, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, banks, or other third-party tools

  • Tax outcomes, IRS penalties, or audit findings

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Clients are responsible for final review and for all financial decisions.

6. USE OF THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may use trusted third-party services such as bookkeeping software, cloud storage, communication platforms, and financial tools. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, policies, and security practices of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for system outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party tools.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may discontinue services at any time with written notice.
If services are terminated:

  • Clients are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date

  • Access to documents, files, or platforms may be revoked until outstanding balances are paid

  • We may charge additional fees for urgent turnover or transition assistance

8. DOCUMENT HANDLING & RETURN OF MATERIALS

Upon request, we will return client documents and deliverables.
We may retain copies for internal business records or as legally required.

We are not responsible for maintaining access to third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Amazon, Shopify) after services have ended.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

We help organize and maintain financial records, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, tax outcomes, or business performance.
The client is solely responsible for:

  • Filing taxes (unless handled by a licensed tax professional)

  • Final financial decisions

  • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
